Instructor Overview

Since I was young, I dreamed of creating a structured lesson program to create educated, confident horsemen, not just 'good riders'. Through my years of experience showing on the AQHA and ApHC circuit I have honed my skills of working horses on the lunge and helping to teach people how to work in quiet harmony with their equine friends. As a young adult who showed dressage and rode hunter/jumpers, I have honed my skills of teaching timing, feel, and biomechanically correct riding. My mission at Sommers Lane is teach the WHY behind the HOW.
